Volunteer

RDA Ryde Centre is run entirely by volunteers. As a volunteer you may choose to assist in a variety roles from assisting our riders in their activities, feeding our horses and cleaning their yards, grooming, looking after our grounds, gardens, buildings, cleaning, promoting the Centre, fundraising and administrative work.

You will be guided through induction and training courses that ensure you are trained and comfortable with the procedures of our centre, as well as on the job training for any role you are interested in – there are lots of opportunities to grow! (See Volunteer Training below!)

Knowledge of disabilities and horse experience are not essential and there are many ways you can also be a part of our team by assisting us with ‘non horse’ activities.

Every volunteer is donating their valuable time to the Centre and our riders. RDA Ryde truly appreciates the time given to us. If you would like to join our wonderful team, please contact us by filling out the form below.
